One of FBG's biggest leap was our collaborations with popular restaurants in the city. Very early in our career, when we were approached by various restaurateurs for desserts, we lapped it instantly. This gave our desserts a wider reach and availability at various pockets of the city! What started small as a daily supply grew to a full fledged unit catering to over 10 restaurants in the city!
Making sure there are no exclusions, we have made ourselves available collaborating with some of the best restaurants. With seamless flow of kitchen timetables, quick turn around time and safe delivery systems, working with us became a breeze for most restaurateurs! We have associated with fresh baked goodness since we first launched Planb in chennai in 2014, we fell in love with desserts that the team of FBG offered and had some of it on our Planb menu. The fact that she has never compromised on consistency and quality had us offer up the entire dessert counter at our next venture Mother Cluckers Cafe, Nungambakkam. Our favourite being the white chocolate lemon cheese cake.
